Teri Keifer, a U of I graduate, came back to I.C. in 2014 after spending years away in exotic locales including, most recently, Missouri. During her travels, she worked as a legal editor, education policy editor, and district court clerk.  She is happy to be back in her home town with her husband and near her two totally grown-up kids.
